This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love learning how to read, and they work hard even when it gets difficult.
Currently we are using a variety of chairs(mismatched, various heights, some are cracked)that are not in the best shape.
This makes it hard for some kids to work at the table.
I know stools don’t seem like a necessity, but my students would really appreciate having safe and comfortable seating.
My students will also be able to tuck them under the table when they are finished so they allow more space in my classroom for lining up and other activities.
