My Project
Traditional seating is no longer conducive in a modern classroom and that is why I am asking for two different types of chairs for my students. These Balance Ball Seat wheely chairs, as I like to call them, add comfortability and excitement to the classroom along with the bouncy balls. Who can resist sitting on a bouncy ball and then to be able to sit on it all day!? How fun!
Flexible seating allows for students to choose how they want to sit for the day that allows them comfortability and increased productivity.
This type of seating is also more fun than the traditional standard chair. It's bright, it's exciting, and it will be something new for these students.
Students need options that stimulate their brains and flexible seating provides that. The children I teach endure many obstacles that they should never have to face. I want my classroom to be a safe space for my students away from the reality of their lives. I want my students to be excited to come to school every day. I want to provide my students with the peace that they deserve.
