My Students

We are a comprehensive high school in Southern California, with a student population of approximately 2,500 students. Our families provide the best for their students at home. We are also a very community-involved school, and our families send generations of students through our school. The staff and students think of one another as family and we also enjoy hosting numerous community engagement events throughout the year. Your generous donation will help us continue to serve our community to the fullest.

My Project

These materials will help our students feel comfortable when they have to endure their menstrual cycles. While menstrual cycles are often overlooked as a potential learning barrier, we have seen that because feminine products are expensive and the majority of our students' families struggle to purchase basic needs, our nurses office supply is a highly utilized resource. Our nurses' office will utilize these supplies to give to female students in need. Students already know that the nurses' office can supply feminine products, and these products will be a welcome addition and variation to our supply. Your donation will help our students stay comfortable and continue to remain in class and learning everyday!
