My Students

My students were once identified by a previous administrator as "dying on the vine." Their particular demographic automatically places them within "at-risk" categories. But what people do not see that faculty and staff at my school see every day, is the hard work and dedication that my students possess. They possess perseverance to continue on when time after time they are doubted! They possess good hearts that care deeply about not only their academics but arts, classmates, music, sports as well!

My Project

My project will provide additional resources and materials for my centers. The bins will be used to included classroom materials in them.

Students will use these materials to deepen their understanding in various areas.

The magnetic organizer will be used to store necessary items for students at centers and small groups. The stools are for comfortable seating at both small groups and centers. If given the opportunity to utilize such materials, my students will be very eager to engage in their small group and center activities. This will build enrichment, understanding, and mastery for the skills learned in the class.
