Help me give my students some of the basics for making individual centers. Cardstock, colored paper, clear zippered pouches, pencil pouches and labels.
I love teaching kindergarten. Five year-olds have this amazing energy that is infectious. They devour stories, soak up knowledge like sponges, and always ask for more.
They love to be able to get up close and experience learning.
Each student has a unique point of view and they are eager to share with each other. There are days when they make you laugh, want to pull your hair out, or even cry. There is never a dull moment in kindergarten!
My Project
Every school year presents its own unique challenges and this year is no exception. Social distancing is a must and that is extremely difficult to achieve in elementary school where everything is designed for children to play and work together.
The materials in the project will help provide center work for individual students.
Card stock and colored paper will make the materials more durable, bright, and fun. Clear zippered pouches will be easy to disinfect after student use. Zippered pencil pouches will hold bulkier materials. LAbels will be used for instructions on the pouches.
