Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year our district has adopted not one, but two new curriculums. That alone would be a struggle, but both programs rely heavily on CENTERS! They supply the blackline masters to create the centers, but that is all.

We have to copy, cut, laminate, store these centers so they can be used by the class over and over.

We have a large laminator in the teacher resource room, but it is often jammed or out of laminating film. In order to have the centers my students need for these programs, I am asking for a laminator and sheets so I can get them done, and done well!

If they are made this way, students can work with them in class, and I could send them home as well, so they could be ready to learn when they came back to school. This home/school connection is vital!

I would rather do it right the first time, so I don't have to redo them over and over. So if I can get color coded folders, a laminator, and laminating sheets, I could surely get these independent centers up and running and students will be engaged and learning.
