Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom is made up of 18 amazing pre-K young learners who are curious, fun, and eager to explore. They enjoy coming to school to learn and play with our different activity learning centers. This year we started a new curriculum.

Our learning centers need new items that will help support our young learners as they explore new learning concepts through play.

My goal is to make a safe and enjoyable learning environment where all can learn to work together and succeed as they move on through new investigation units.

Some of the topics we will investigate in our new Creative Curriculum are Buildings, Exercise, Recycling, and much more. The new foam and cardboard blocks will help students build and create different structures during the Building Investigation Unit. The recycling patterns set and color-coded bags will help students investigate the importance of recycling when we reach that investigation unit. The balancing stones will help students with their gross motor balancing skills when we explore the exercise investigation unit. Thank you so much in advance for helping to support our youngest learners by providing them with the important materials they need.
