Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It's time to be bilingual !

Please help me to bring JOY to learn another language !

We will use food, candy, and chips to learn the target language. It will help me to make a lesson authentic and fun for my students.

We will celebrate el Día de Muertos in my Spanish class.

Your kindness won't go unnoticed, especially for my students. They will be so excited to be able to celebrate el dia de Los Muertos in my Spanish class.

They will learn language, culture and music fun and excitingly. You are going to make 175 students really happy to learn Spanish.

My students come from all over New York City and represent a diverse cross-section of New York City. Most have one thing in common. They all love art and they all love to learn.

However, not all have the privilege of others.

Your support will give the opportunity to students that don’t have the chance to enjoy learning a new language.
