My Project

As a Beta Club co-sponsor, I have the privilege of working with an amazing group of students at my high school beyond the classroom. The club members represent a cross section of the student population in grades 10-12. They consistently demonstrate a commitment to academic achievement, developing leaders, and service to the community.

This year Beta Club wants to build a sense of community and school pride at Woodland by regularly showing our appreciation for stakeholders in the building.

Your donations will help us purchase supplies for celebrations to show appreciation for teachers, bus drivers, administrators, and support staff. The art supplies will be used for signs around the school and hand-written notes of appreciation. Students will also create a festive atmosphere with decor and paper products for serving refreshments at each celebration.

The celebrations will provide opportunities for our Beta Club members to model for their peers how to positively impact your community with small tokens of appreciation. Additionally, our club members will expand their communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Can you help us party with a purpose?
