This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Winter Holidays are a time of fun, games and memory-building with family and friends. For many students, receiving a gift a school and enjoying a time of fellowship and fun with their classmates, is a core memory of their school time. This year, our winter showcase will be honoring the winter holidays and animals. Each student will get a giftbags centering around this theme. In addition to the fun treats, the bags will include winter gear: hats and gloves, chapstick and water bottle. I purposely did this so that the student that may be in need of these items do not feel embarrassed. I look forward to the look in their faces when they receive these wonderful gifts!
