My Project

My learners' developmental abilities range from 22 months to 5 years (and sometimes beyond!). Being a preschool special education teacher, I see how unique ways of looking at and interacting with the world help engage ALL learners. Our AAC users, English language learners, autistic learners, and children with unique speech and processing differences light up with these experiences. What a cool way to inspire communication, social-emotional engagement, and self-identity.

With the light table will build, sort, experiment, draw, write, pretend, and create.

The activities I can use are inclusive and can be used for all children at the same time while my interactions support their different developmental levels. I can't wait to see and hear them as they play.
