My Project

My fourth-grade students are creative, curious, and eager to express themselves through hands-on learning. They come from diverse backgrounds, and I strive to create an inclusive classroom where each child feels valued and represented. Art and creative expression are powerful tools for fostering self-identity, cultural appreciation, and confidence in young learners.

I am requesting Crayola Colors of the World coloring supplies—crayons, markers, and colored pencils—so my students can create artwork that reflects the rich diversity of our classroom and the world around them.

These special tools allow students to accurately represent themselves, their families, and their cultures in their creative projects, reinforcing a sense of belonging and pride.

To keep these materials organized and accessible, I am also requesting storage containers specifically for these art supplies. Having a designated space for our Colors of the World materials will ensure they are well cared for and easily available for students to use throughout the year.

Additionally, I am seeking classroom essentials such as a paper cutter, clear tape, pencils, paper clips, and cardstock. These supplies will support everyday activities, from crafting and writing projects to organizing student work and classroom materials.
