Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It has been my honor and privilege to take a special look at our students needs. This year I am ensuring that our students that identify as Black and/or Afro-Latinx and find ways to better serve our students.
This initiative is to take our curated interviews and create a display of our students using their images and interview responses about "Why I am Excellent." The frames will create a beautiful visual and the lanyards will be used for special badges throughout the year for special events.
Finally, the candy will serve as a special treat and thank you throughout our events.
