My Project

My seventh graders come from a diverse background and bring a lot of knowledge to the classroom, I learn something new from them all the time.

Even with their diverse knowledge, many students struggle academically.

I want to give pens, stickers, earbuds and other items as incentives to students to encourage them persevere in their learning. I tell my students that it doesn't matter what level they come in at, what matters is how much learning they will accomplish throughout the year. My wish is that knowing they can earn a fun incentive will encourage them to meet classroom and academic goals, even with the learning becomes difficult.
