My Project

Who doesn't love a good celebration? While our library has a variety of great books, it has been a while since the new additions. We are slowly adding more and more. One area especially that my students are always asking for and getting the most excited for holiday books.

These books will foster excitement in a variety of different grades and reading levels.

There were choices that aimed to be inclusive of different holidays celebrated at different times as well as titles that lend themselves to projects that the students can be creative about such as the How to Catch series. The How to Catch Series would be a perfect tie into our STEAM them on campus because the students could develop plans on how they might catch the characters and present ideas through the arts or engineered projects.
