My Project

We are asking for your help to provide each student with dry erase markers and headphones. Dry erase markers are a great tool for learners in school because they make learning interactive, engaging and low risk. The dry erase markers encourage active participation in math and reading because all students can write answers on their whiteboards. Headphones can also be a valuable tool in the classroom, especially for our young learners. The headphones help block out background noise and minimizes distractions. It also supports individualized learning. Students are able to listen to audio stories and educational videos at their own pace. This will help support our English language learners.

Giving students a way to communicate with their teacher is important because it creates a safe and supportive learning environment.

We are asking for your help to provide our class with a phone recorder. Students can privately record messages for the teacher to listen to. Students may want to tell the teacher about someone who was kind to them. Students may want to ask the teacher for help. The phone recorder will be a tool for students to express their feelings and communicate with a trusting adult. This will help support our English language learners to advocate for themselves and build language skills.
