My Project

Our students have been working hard all year on following the school-wide expectations: We are: Respectful, Responsible, and Safe, as well as promoting a more positive school climate.

To date, the students have redeemed 20,743 compliment tickets, which they have earned for following the expectations, for exceeding academic goals, and for promoting positive behaviors in all areas of our school.

From Pre-K to 6th grade, our students, are beginning to understand how their positive behaviors affect their academics, their social-emotional being and their relationships with their peers and the adults. Not only are they making gains behaviorally, but they are beginning to understand basic financial literacy, adding, subtracting, counting and saving. This is a continuous goal for us, to prepare our students for real life situations such as being able to understand how finances work and to be able to not only acquire the things they want, but to be able to save for those things.

Our ultimate goal for this project is to be able to continue to reward the awesome students for their great and positive gains.
