Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help the second and third graders at CBS get the materials they need for their final science project. This project is an entire grade collaboration to exhibit their knowledge of pollination. The students will be working at different stations. These stations will represent how each student understood the curriculum of pollination.

As a dual language school, the students will create work in both English and Spanish.

The stations will be interactive and informative to the visitors. All of the students are excited to speak about what they have learned and how we, as a community, can help pollinators. This project is extremely important because the students are very passionate about spreading awareness to save pollinators. As the science unit comes to an end, they are showcasing how pollination happens and the importance of it. We will have several stations to inform the parents on how they can help, as well as information on specific plants and pollinators.
