My Project

The "Caring for Our Community" project is a student-led community service initiative focused on promoting physical and mental wellness. Through this effort, my students will distribute essential hygiene and cleaning products—including soap, deodorant, disinfectant wipes, healing ointment, and bandages—to students, families, and individuals in need within our school and the surrounding community.

Many families in our area struggle to afford these necessities, impacting health, confidence, and school attendance.

By leading this community service project, my students will help ensure that their peers and local families have what they need to stay clean, healthy, and cared for. In addition to organizing and distributing these supplies, they will also facilitate discussions on the importance of hygiene and self-care, creating a lasting impact beyond our school walls.

The inclusion of healing ointment and bandages will provide students and families with basic first aid resources, helping to prevent infections and promote proper wound care—something many households may not always have access to. This project will extend its reach beyond our school to families in the neighborhood and surrounding areas, reinforcing the importance of giving back and supporting others.

Through this initiative, my students will develop leadership, empathy, and responsibility while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around them. Thank you for your generosity! Your support will help my students create a healthier, stronger community for all.
