Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These care items are essential parts of daily life many of us do not even think about. We have a wonderful group of elementary students who work very hard to reach their goals. They come to school excited to learn. They are proud of who they are but sometimes they need a little extra care. Sometimes, they do not know how to ask for this care.

Many students come to school without eating breakfast and sometimes their only meals are at school.

We want to provide for our students a safe space to ask for help when they need it. They can trust we will keep their needs private. They can trust we will provide them with things such as hygiene products, snacks and other essentials needed to grow and learn at their best.
