Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

CO2 monitors help us see how much of other people’s breath we are breathing in, and help us understand when we need to take steps like opening windows or turning on air filters to improve the indoor air quality.

Help me install CO2 monitors in key locations in our elementary school so that we can monitor our indoor air quality and ensure a healthy learning environment.

This project will allow us to install CO2 monitors in key locations throughout our elementary school, focusing on locations like our singing classroom, our lunchroom, and our gymnasium, where students are the most active and vocal and are generating the most aerosols. This will help keep our students healthier and safer, and will help them learn how to think like aerosol scientists about indoor air quality.
