Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very creative and talented. They have many talents which means we take lots of photos throughout the year, but don't have access to print them instantly. The mini photo printer can help the classroom print those beautiful memories that the students are creating in which they can cherish.

Photography helps you capture anything you feel is important to remember.

One photograph is powerful enough to not only remind you of an event or detail, but can bring you right back to the feelings, sounds, and even smells of the moment. That is my main goal for this project, have my students preserve memories of every activity done in our class.

Our classroom routines, schedule for the day, and a helper chart could be done using photos and can benefit those students who are visual learners. It could also benefit my special population students who are emerging into English and that visual support.

Photographs can support my students daily experiences and of special events like field trips or culminating activities.
