This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

Students will use these cameras and film, by documenting school activities, field trips, assemblies group projects, presentations
Sharing photographs of school activities and events help students to develop a positive mindset toward education, and will use the cameras to incorporate technology in fun,
educational ways.
Students can use photographs taken throughout the school year to create an end of school year projects. This will allow students to reflect and review what they learned. This is a great way for students to work together while creating something that will help them recall and memorize information.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
