This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create in my Kinder Classroom. My classroom library is a place that my students really enjoy-I read on the carpet to them, they complete work there, and they read independently! Every student book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and my students are always thankful for the opportunities to read. Exposing students to different literacy books is very important. Having an up to date desktop will give us more accesible access to the internet and different educational classroom games. In our classroom we still have the old school bulk desktop that cannot play any of the newest educational games or videos. With technology evolving students can really benefit from having a good working desktop where as a class we can learn while engaging in educational games. The laminator will give us the ability to laminate and create different resources at the kids level. Students in a classroom come at different levels and the ability to create and laminate right on the spot can help create materials that student can use right away.
