My Project

The bins will help organize the books in the library in an eye-catching organized way and the books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My classroom library is a place where my students really enjoy choosing the books they want to read and reading them independently! Students have learned to treat the books in my library with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunity to read. The books I have chosen are the levels some of my students need and are in short supply in my library at this time. Students will be able to choose appropriate leveled books as they engage in independent reading time.

The new books will enable my students to choose from a variety of books and be able to read independently on their reading level and beyond.

They will also work on reading projects and display their work on eye-catching bulletin boards. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and the books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. My students have a great interest in reading and this project will help enrich their experiences with the printed word.
