My Students

Each day, my students walk into class eager to learn new material.

My students are full of so much life, energy, and opinions.

With a class like that, it is hard to say no! We have been successful thus far; however, we are missing so many crucial materials. Unfortunately, teaching at a Title I school in Baltimore, Maryland can be pretty challenging.

I know that once my terrific second graders receive these materials their learning will be endless, and full of fun!

My Project

All students have a desire to learn and grow in the classroom. This can be done independently, in groups, or guided by a teacher. I aspire to teach my students the importance of learning through the use of books, and other texts.

As we know, books open minds, doors, and provide opportunities for students that educators sometimes cannot.

For this reason, I am overly dedicated to making sure my students have access to a sufficient amount of books that inspire them.

Help me change the lives of my students by providing them with inspiring and appropriate books this school year.
