Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Each day our students have the opportunity for 2 activity periods. The first period is a period where they work honing their skills that they need for their classes they take during the rest of the day. The second period is use for enrichment activities. I would like to offer a time where students can complete art projects and get a little snack to give them fuel for the rest of the day. This project will help me reach those goals by providing paint, surfaces to paint on, and snacks for students that sign up.
