My Students

My Kindergarten through 5th graders are known as great singers! Our programs are always well attended!! I love teaching singing to children, and we have 4-5 performances a year in our multi-purpose room. In order for my great singers to be heard, we need boom mikes.

My students are from various socio-economic backgrounds.

Their love of singing and music increases the respect they have for one another. The love to sing and perform, and they are great singers!! District superintendents frequently attend our programs. We are the only elementary school that has been invited to perform at our district's opening ceremony! I am so very proud of the sound they produce!

My Project

With boom mikes, my students' lovely singing will be heard more clearly in our multi-purpose room by their parents, families, other students, teachers and district employees. All taping of the performances will be clearer and a better representation of the work.

This project is important to my students because they need to be heard!!

They work for months on perfecting the music and lyrics, and I would love for our audiences to hear my students more clearly! Boom mikes are easy to handle and move from place to place. We are currently working on a patriotic program to sing in area nursing homes and veterans' homes. The boom mikes would ensure that the beautiful sound is clearly heard!
