This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Kindergarten is a HUGE stepping stone for kids to learn their alphabet sounds and letters, once they do the door for them to learn to read is open wide. Help my students learn to read and hear sounds with headphones that work and have microphones so they can hear the way they say sounds and words. Through an online reading program, students can read a story and get it played back, but students in my class have to unplug or wiggle their headphones to work, and some have to use none. The possibilities could be endless if all students have properly labeled headphone bags with working headphones!
