Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are a family of 26. We are part of the Bronx community. My students are constantly finding new ways to learn and expand their learning horizons. My students are a bubbly group of students that are deserving of materials that will have them access more information and challenge their learning!

The joy that comes through my students eyes and smile when they are learning is astounding.

My students have a thirst for knowledge where they are always striving to be better than were the day before day. They are hard working third graders.

My Project

My students are fortunate enough to have chrome books in the classroom but do not have headphones that will help them access thousands of books that are at their reading level as well as increase their mathematical stamina. My students struggle with reading and math. As a class we struggle in finding reading and math materials to support their learning. These headphones will have my students reading and understanding information that they are able to comprehend and be able to soar! These headphones will also give my students the chance to increase their math skills and hone in on those struggles to persevere through. Please help me give my students the ability to read books and math support that will give them the opportunities to excel and build their self-esteem in their ability to become better and stronger mathematicians and readers!
