My Students

My students are amazing human beings! They are full of life and have endless potential to do so many wonderful things. My school is a Title I school in a poverty stricken community. Our school receives a grant that allows every child to have free breakfast and lunch served at school due to food insecurities at home. Many of our parents struggle to help meet the needs of school supplies and the needs of their children. Regardless of these circumstances, my students overcome! They are learning how to face challenges and grow stronger academically, socially and emotionally preparing them for the next level of life.

I believe that these students deserve every opportunity this world has to offer and I am determined to help them get it.

These students can change the world with their brilliant minds and can climb out of the cycle of poverty through the gift of education. They will learn that the world is theirs for the taking with hard work, dedication, and knowledge.

My Project

My students will use these headphones during times that would require using our Kindles and iPads. We need headphones because our learning apps make noise and can become very distracting.

Giving my students headphones with microphones will give them the power to communicate with not only the app while using it, but also other students from the around the world!

Our current headphones and earphones get tangled easily and cost students time away from learning on their Kindles and iPads. These headphones will do just the opposite. Students will spend much more time on task learning and communicating with apps!
