My Students

I love teaching kindergarten. Five year-olds have this amazing energy that is infectious. They devour stories, soak up knowledge like sponges, and always ask for more.

They love to be able to get up close and experience learning.

Each student has a unique point of view and they are eager to share with each other. There are days when they make you laugh, want to pull your hair out, or even cry. There is never a dull moment in kindergarten!

My Project

We use a personal classroom copier every day. Lesson plans, center activities, homework, parent newsletters, assessments...you name it, I print it!

We are limited to a total of 500 copies a MONTH but with a classroom printer my monthly copies can be unlimited.

I won't have to rationalize which activity can be printed and which ones can't. If a student loses their homework I don't have to panic about whether or not I can spare the additional copy. I shouldn't need to worry about something so trivial.

We currently have this exact printer but it is starting to show its age. I have an abundance of inexpensive ink that is compatible with this printer that I don't want to throw away unused when the copier needs to finally be replaced.
