My Project

My students deserve a space where they can find peace and recharge during their busy school day. By creating a calming area, we aim to provide a sanctuary where students can manage stress, practice mindfulness, and enhance their overall well-being.

This project seeks to transform a corner of my classroom into a tranquil oasis.

It will be equipped with decor like the rug and garland and other mindfulness resources like the poster to help them regulate their emotions. The journals and pouches will be used daily to help them be able to express their emotions.

With your support, we can cultivate a nurturing environment that promotes mental health and fosters positive learning experiences.
