My Project

My students are friendly, kind and energetic. They are eager to learn but sometimes their emotions are an obstacle in their learning.

My students need opportunities to relax, calm their emotions and refocus their energy to practice Social Emotional Learning (SEL).

The canopy and pillow will allow me to create a calming corner (zone) in the classroom. In the "Calming Zone", I will have a few fidget tools to help students relax such as money noodles, stretching tubes, stress balls. The fidget kicking bands will help busy feet and help keep kids and spend more time on learning.
