Calming Meditation Opportunities for All

Help me give my students the opportunity to engage in mindful meditation to support learning and growing in our Transition School setting.

My Project

We are looking for supplies to provide an opportunity for small groups of staff and students to participate in group meditation across our school. With these supplies a moveable cart that is prepped and ready allows us to have this important self-regulation practice at our ready disposal.

Having yoga mats allows us to use hard floored surfaces, the speaker will be used for staff to project music or guided meditations from their laptops.

The starry night projector will transport the individual to an open sky for an optimal zen experience.
