My Project

The demands of the school day can be very overwhelming for our students. They need a safe place to calm and regroup during their busy overstimulating day. This would provide them with that place so they can achieve their academic potential.

They need and love a place to relax and regroup.

Our students receive occupational therapy. We work on improving their sensory processing skills, fine motor skills, visual perceptual skills, and self help skills. Our goal is to help them be independent in their classroom environment. Having a place for them to self regulate would be extremely beneficial in helping them achieve their academic and social goals.
