My Project

I have a special education classroom for students from Pre-K to 3rd grade. My students have varying individual needs, and most of them require extra sensory support. My calming corner will promote self-regulation with the support of sensory items from this project. I am excited to continue to create a safe and nurturing environment for my students at school. The fidget toys, calming lights, and other materials will be accessible throughout the day when they experience big emotions or need a break from working hard in their classrooms. Thank you for supporting my classroom.
