My Project

These sensory and calming toys and materials will allow students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them when they are having difficulties during work time or anytime during the school day. I have noticed that frequent breaks, fidget toys, and sensory toys help students to refocus to make effective choices.

Each student is unique.

These students have different sensory sensitivities such as sight sound smell and touch. This project will give students materials to choose from when they are getting overwhelmed with the class work or the environment that they are in.
