Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a first-year teacher, I have learned a variety of things. For starters, I have learned that every single one of my students has different learning needs. While some can work independently at their desk, others need a different kind of place and environment to help expand their thinking and emotions. My kiddos are brilliant students who are eager to learn every day.

They love to walk into our classroom with a smile on their face.

They love to see their classroom transform into some place safe and relaxing for them. The materials I have ordered for them will give them that special area they have been needing to help them calm their minds while they play and read some of the best emotional books. The books are there to help them with their reading development as well as to help them connect to others through their emotions and thinking. Anything is appreciated and I know my kiddos will love our new special place.
