My Project

These materials will help my students put into practice many of the strategies that we discuss throughout our SEL curriculum. It will allow them a safe space to identify their emotions and work through them so that they are able to effective return to learning. These tools will allow them to explore the various methods and resources that are available to them when they experience highs and lows of life. Students will be able to play with kinetic sand, recalibrate by coloring, solve various rubiks cubes, and utilize fidgets to get the wiggles out. In addition, they will find resources that will help regulate their breathing and create a calm space for them to flourish in their studies.
