My Project

My students are resilient. They returned to school this August with enthusiasm and a desire to reconnect with their peers and their school community. I am amazed by their strength and the kindness they show to their fellow classmates and teachers.

I have created a calming, wonderful and welcoming space in the counseling office.

Students often come here to talk about their issues. They tend to relax and feel more comfortable when they have a space that feels calming and a fidget toy to keep them busy. And sometimes students don't want to talk but just need a place to relax, use a sensory toy or play a game .
