This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

There are so many reasons why I love my students. My students are loving, resilient and hard working. My students deserve a place that is safe, welcoming and all theirs.

I work in a Title I school and many of my students would love a place in the classroom to call their own.

They need a place where they know they will be safe.

My students are hardworking and they are always trying their best even though it is hard learning when they are English Language Learners. I know my students would be so appreciative of their "Calming Area".
