Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A new school year brings stress and anxiety to many students. In order to make it a positive experience for my Title 1 students, these Calm Strips are the answer. Calm Strips are great sensory adhesives you can stick to multiple surfaces from notebooks and pencil boxes if they are in the classroom or laptops, desks, and books. These Calm Strips are not only great to relieve stress but help with fidgeting as well by giving my students a mild distraction and busy task with their fingers. This will allow them to work more productively with less anxiety and stress.
