My Project

Imagine a place within our school where students can take a breather, reset, and recharge—especially when life feels overwhelming. With your support, we can create a space to help students find inner calm and 'return to learn'. Research shows that school wellness spaces can significantly improve student behavior, emotional regulation, and academic performance.

Children face pressures from academics, social challenges, and life demands, and sometimes, they need a dedicated space to manage their emotions during the school day.

Our goal is to create a wellness room with calming decor, sensory tools, and resources like mindfulness exercises and comfortable seating that allows students to pause to get back to academics.

We need essential materials such as comfortable seating, sensory fidgets, ambient lighting, and mindfulness resources to set up this wellness room. By supporting this project, you're investing in a space to help students succeed emotionally and academically, creating a ripple effect that benefits our entire school community.
