Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am continually inspired by the resilience, curiosity, and kindness of my students. Their unique perspectives and enthusiastic spirits bring energy and joy to our classroom each day.

This project is designed to support my students in navigating the complexities of their emotions and maintaining their well-being.

By providing board games and soothing accessories, I hope to equip them with tools to help them manage stress, enhance their emotional resilience, and foster a sense of community.

These resources will give them safe and enjoyable ways to unwind and connect with their peers during mental health days. Through this project, I aim to create a supportive environment where every student feels valued and capable of handling life’s ups and downs.
