My Project

My students are ambitious young entrepreneurs-in-training, but the fast-paced nature of our CTE program can sometimes lead to stress and anxiety. To help them manage these feelings and stay focused on their goals, I want to create calming space classroom where students can take a moment to reset and refocus.

Motivational quote notepads in which students can write down their thoughts or copy motivational quotes to boost their mood; inspirational pens that allow students to express themselves through writing or doodling and stress balls that provide a tactile way for students to release tension and nervous energy are calming tools will help create a supportive environment where students can practice self-regulation and mindfulness techniques.

Providing these resources, we're not only creating a calmness space that addresses immediate stress but also teaching valuable coping skills that will serve our young entrepreneurs well in their future careers.
