As my first year of teaching students with disabilities, one of my goals is to provide a safe space for my students to self-regulate their feelings. Sometimes students need a break from feeling overstimulated from what is happening around them. The items in my list such as a bean bag chair, carpet, and compression vest will make a difference in my students learning by allowing them to reset.
I am been blessed to know my students for many years.
My students are apart of my heart and I want them to feel welcome and safe every time they walk through the door. My students are special to me because I want them to feel valued, important, and loved. I want to provide comfort, security, and happiness to each student. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve student behaviors but also bring a positive impact to their learning.
