My Project

My students need additional items for their Chill Corner. We are so excited to be starting this corner this week! We just need a few more items for them. These students have not asked me for a single item but as their teacher I have gathered information from them by listening to their interests and passions. They are the sweetest most humble students and as their teacher I am so proud of them for being so resilient all year. The items such as stickers, hello kitty goodies, snacks are all for our reward system in place for positive behavior, completed homework and helpfulness. These goodies are earned with "Class Bucks" and this teaches them to earn things and manage their earnings. Lastly, the posters are going to be used for our Calming Corner poster decorations.

These items will make a difference are not just materials to fill up space, they are symbolizing of what they deserve after being so patient with the school.
