This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an educator, I strive to provide my students with a high-quality learning environment where they can comfortably learn, have fun, and develop social skills.

This year I want to create a classroom environment where students feel calm, comfortable, and most importantly safe.

Part of developing an appropriate learning environment for students is to model the importance of cleanliness and organization. The lights and air filtering plants are the perfect touches to create a calm and welcoming environment. The diffuser will freshen the air with calming scents.

The echo device will allow me to instantly set timers, and calming music and can be used for students to ask questions I'm unable to answer.
