My Project

As an educator, my students are at the heart of everything I do. Their curious minds, boundless energy, and unique learning styles inspire me daily. Kindergarten is a time of exploration, growth, and developing foundational skills that will shape their future. However, learning isn’t just about letters and numbers—it’s also about emotional well-being, focus, and sensory development.

That’s where fidgets, squishies, and slime come in!

These hands-on tools are more than just fun—they’re powerful resources that help young learners thrive. For a kindergartener, sitting still for long periods can be challenging, and traditional learning methods don’t always meet every child’s needs. Fidgets and squishy toys provide a gentle way to channel their energy, improve concentration, and reduce stress. Whether they’re squeezing a stress ball, stretching slime, or popping a fidget toy, these tools offer a calming sensory experience that promotes self-regulation and engagement.

For children who experience anxiety or sensory challenges, these items can be game-changers. The soft, tactile experience of squishies and slime can provide comfort and ease frustration, helping little learners feel more secure and ready to participate. By incorporating these tools into our daily routines, I can create an inclusive, supportive environment where every child feels valued, focused, and ready to succeed.

Every child deserves a classroom that nurtures both their academic growth and emotional well-being. With these resources, I can help my students build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and most importantly—find joy in learning!
